Suggested weight limits: Maximum weight for zip lines: 120 kg (265 lb). Maximum weight for horseback riding: 110 kg (260 lb). Minimum age: 4 years for ATV, zip line, and cenote. Minimum age: 6 years and older for horseback riding. Minimum height: 1 meter (3 feet) or taller.

Suggestions for your visit: Bring a swimsuit, towel, comfortable shoes, biodegradable sunscreen, insect repellent, and cash.

Minors policy:
Child ticket for ages 4 to 12
Adult ticket for ages 13 and older
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
