Children's policy: Free for children 0-3 years old, child ticket for children 4-12 years old, adult ticket for children 13 years and older.

Important Considerations: Upon completion of the Spa Pass, guests may not remain on the property. If you wish to stay at the hotel or enjoy the pools, lounge chairs, bars, and restaurants, you will need to purchase a Day Pass. When guests book a Day Pass, a hold of MXN $500 (by card) or MXN $1,000 (in cash) is required at check-in (this is a hotel policy). This hold is in place in case the guest spends more than the credit they are paying for. If the credit is not exceeded, the hold is released upon check-out.
